The rules for the 55 x 5 manifestation technique are incredibly simple.
First, create or choose a positive affirmation geared towards the goal you wish to reach or a reality you want to manifest.
Affirmations are written in the present tense and only contain positive statements. For example: “I am productive!” (-> Instead of “I won’t procrastinate!”)
Once you have your positive affirmation ready, you need to write it down 55 times a day for five days.
I’d recommend doing it in the morning after waking up, as that’s the time the affirmation will stick to your mind the most.
Thirdly, as you write it down, you need to truly feel the energy of the message.
This means that if you write ‘I have clear skin,’ you should be able to envision your skin clear of any redness and bumps. Imagine how it would feel to run your hand over the smooth skin.
That’s the feeling and image you should keep in mind as you write your lines.
And lastly, you need to release your desire and surrender it to the Universe.
For most people, this is the most difficult part. After all, how do you release something that you want so badly?
In simple words: You need to stop feeling desperately impatient about your goal. Stop worrying about the how and the when.
Instead, embrace the thought that things will work out perfectly one way or another, sooner or later.
And that’s it! That’s the 55 x 5 manifestation technique. Pretty straightforward, right?
How does the 55 x 5 tool work?
Let’s clear something up. The 55 x 5 manifestation tool is not some magic pill that will suddenly make your manifestations come true.
It doesn’t replace the regular law of attraction tips and rules you’ve learned so far.
Instead, it provides you with a daily task to help you embody the energy you need to achieve the outcome you wish to attract.
That’s really all there is to it.
This sadly means that if you’ve always struggled to change your energetic vibrations, this tool might not make much of a difference for you, either.

- The Cup Method – The cup full of water represents your current reality; as you pour the water into the other cup, imagine your reality changing into what you want it to be.
- Burning paper – Write your manifestation on a piece of paper and (safely!!!) burn it. As it perishes, release your desire into the hands of the Universe.
